We are a non-profit neighborhood association formed in March 2013. The boundaries of the Association are from East Rosedale Street to Ramey Avenue and from Stalcup Road to Carverly Dr. There are 540 addresses in our boundaries. Our homes are located in the boundaries of a Historic and Cultural Landmark District designated by the City of Fort Worth since 2006.

Our purpose is to provide an organized framework to promote, preserve, and enhance the quality of life and values in the neighborhood by:

  1. Encouraging a sense of community and pride among Association members

  2. Establishing a communication link with the City Council, City Manager’s offices, Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Police Officers and other city departments.

The organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
